The island has two international airports. Flights arrive at Ushuaia (Malvinas Argentinas International Airport) and Rio Grande international airport. Both are very close to their respective cities and while there is no bus service to – from the airport, it will not be expensive the taxi fee to downtown.
During the approach, you can not miss the panoramic views of the landscape. Once crossed the Magellan strait, although is usually cloudy, you will enjoy a wonderful view of huge mountains and blue lakes. |
